MC-Lag, problem in layer 3 ecmp

I have a problem with layer 3 mc-lag fail-over. I did everything like in documentation long time ago, and with many troubleshooting problem still exist. In layer 2 everything work properly, when i put uplink port in down status, then second link is using. BUT when i "killed" one connection between border router and os10k then communication on this link is down. Router is alcatel-lucent sr7750-c12. I tried running ospf and static routing with ecmp. but it still does not work. If you need any config i will post it here.
