directLink folder missing URL

Hi guys,
Having an issue here...
I installed a FaxServer for demo on a customer and somehow (and not sure if related) now PRS/IPTouchs can't find the directLink URL (http://<ics.ip.address>/directLink/image.jpeg) to show images...
I tried to seek the configuration file from Apache but no luck yet...
Does anybody knows how to re-configure this URI?
