Problem in voice guides on CPU-6 on WM1 Rack.

Hi Guys,
I am facing a problem static voice guides.
I have a WM1 Rack with Release 8. In this system there are two CPU,s. CPU A Position 7th Slot and CPU B Position 1st Slot. Voice guides are working fine when the system runs through CPU B. But when i shift the system on CPU A. The voice guides doesn,t play. But when i shift the system again on CPU B, Voice guides are working fine.
I restore the same database backup on CPU A that is taken from CPU B before restoring the database backup i create an empty database and after that i restore it but same problem exist.....Also i make the duplication process and run the master copy but the problem doesn,t resolved. The voice guides are running on CPU6.
If you have any idea or hint then please tell me.
What parameters i have to change?

Are You sure that voice guides files exist on CPU A in directory /usr7/vg/flash/custom like on CPU B ? VG are not part of DB.

Yes....voice guides files are present...One weird thing is that when i see flash voice guide mgr>system>flash voice guide........on the right bottom there are some characters displayed. These seems like chinese language.
