4760 Database structure

Hi,

Firstly, apologies if this is wrong board to be posting this, if this is the case please could one of the Mods relocate?

We have OXE 4760 which I use to run reports for departments - quantity of calls which took > 15 secs to answer, quantity of missed calls etc.

What I would like to be able to do is connect to the DB with Crystal Reports and carry out the reports from there - that way I can setup the departmental users with Crystal and a handful of template reports and then leave them to it.

Once this is done I would also like to query the DB from our Intranet to be able to display something like "we are currently answering calls within an average X seconds".

I have successfully connected to the DB by creating an ODBC connection but the structure of tbhe DB does no seem straightforward! - is anyone able to advise which table etc contacts the accounting information?
