Removing encryption on a 4038 set

Hello all
one of my sites does not use encryption on their system release 10.0

but the rest of my sites do since they are all Centralized running release 10.1

my question is i need to use a 4038 set that were on an encrypted system but they will not work on a non encrypted system (they just wont register)

i know there is a way to remove the encryption on the set but i cant find where i put the instructions to do so

any help would be great

In the IP phone's service menu.

IP Security -->Remove security
