IP extension license change to SIP extension after order

hi ...

We ordered the OXE system with 250 Nos. IP extensions by mistake. Since we going to use SIP phones, license must be SIP extensions.

Do you have any experience how ALU can help with this type of issues.

Did you talk to your reseller?
I think this is the only way. Talk to your reseller and check out what they say.
