Can't transfer calls during a call

Goodmorning sirs,
i'm new here and new in this world but i have an easy (i think) question: when i answer to a call and i want to transfer it to another phone (by pressing the number), i lose the communication with the caller or my phone starts ringing again.
So i can't transfer the calls.

OXE Version? Is the Target busy? Is there an incvisu entry 1721 during this time?
