How to locate equipment with problems?

When I run incvisu I often get information about lost link.
I used incinfo to get explenation of the problem but I do not know how to locate equipment genetrating problems.
Information is i.e.:
26/09/13 09:58:29 000001M/002/03/-/---|=4:3754=UA link no longer responding
where in this alert is hidden information about equipment shelf and board?

incident from node 1 (from main CPU), problem in shelf 2 board 3.
In this output absent port but with incvisu - I think you have another incidents like "UA terminal lost" - I hope you can find port number here.

It' s Z24- is it possible for this card to loose UA link?

This incident happens if the DSP for DTMF have Problems on the Z Card.
