PCM r2 OXO outgoing

Hi all I have a pcm OXO a connected r.820, my problem is with outgoing calls by dialing abbreviated ARS and the call is not made, if I call it manually without ARS works well, it is possible that the provider does not accept numbering in block? any ideas?

pcmr2
are you using hash key as end of dialing for your abreviated numebrs? pcmr2 doesnt support it
