Software for OmniPCX Office Medium

Greetings people, I have a customer with the omnipcx office system and need the management software for it please as it did not come with the system. Also i reset the battery on the cpu board and now the advanced reflexes phone keeps coming up with 'program rejected'. Is there anything im missing? If the software needs to be uploaded to a ftp server just let me know and i'll pm the login details.

Ive got the omc software, can configure phones but when i try to login to the web interface it comes up with username and password. All the passwords are at there default but non of the usernames work i.e. ftp_admi, ftp_inst, installer etc work. Am I missing something or mistyping a username?
