when making a call, the call is established and I can hear alcatel side but on the other site the voice is not heard.

Cisco maintains that the problem is on the side of the alcatel PBX, please can you help me with this problem?.

You have TDM connection OXE-Cisco. But after - I think you use VoIP. In this case in 90% of case - problem with voice flow on VoIP side.
