Problem in 4019

Hi

We have a costumer that have several 4019 in a version R711 the latest one, at this moment all the set's 4019 sometimes when we push the button of the speaker key it does not work, after unplug the set and plug the set all works fine during some days

Does anyone add a problem like this? And what was the solution?
