How to get PCM (R2) traces from OXO

Dear All
Hope your doing well.

I have oxo 6.1 system, It connected PCM (R2) link for get outgoing and incoming process.It working in order but time to time outgoing channel getting stuck (Block)spoke to service provider and them told they haven't any issue and check the telephone system,

I need to take R2 trace (PCM) any body can help me to get R2 trace from oxo.Please provide procedure or TC to take R2 trace.

I think it is not possible for us, just for ALU with a specific software or manufacturer access to the system.
