Hi guys I need a help.
I am trying to create Hunting group on OXE 9.1. I want to route external incoming calls from entity to hount group as per manual. However when I am creating hount group and scroll down to [Add] no matter what I hit on the keyboard I can not get popup to eneter the user number. I tried to hit F1 but it gave me option to add Voice mail number only. This is my second alcatel system and on perviouse one it was working without problem. Do you have any Idea why it is happening like that??????

All advises welcome.

THX Guys.

Have on emore question. I am routing external incoming calls from HHDI trunk (BCA) to routing Number then entity --->call distribution --> Hunt group number. Created Hunt group added users and choosen sequential. But When I am getting incomming call it goes to Trunk routing number for 5 ring backs then is transfered to 1st user of Hunt group and after 4 ring backs call is disconnected. Do you have any Idea why ? is there any settings on PABX for that or this is an issue with my external service prowider???

Yes of course I did. But by the logic it is a timer to extend the time to keep calling trunk routing number before it will get rerouted. So if you will extentd 300 (30 sec) it will call longer to trunk routing nr.
I think I have an issue with my provider calling time expiry. It drop the line after aprox 50-60 sec if no answer unless you have other hints where to look

Traces? Who releases the call: OXE or public provider?
