Clean MAC Address from IP Phone by user

Hi guys,
I have a question.
We are using IPTouch and MyIPPhoneDesktop on a customer, he has the very bad use of changing pc's like cards.
Problem we always face is that he want to move pc's (MyIpPhoneDesktop) but the extesion to mantain on the place, so we have to connect, clear MAC's and ok, reprogram the phone.
Is there any prefix he can press to put like out of service the phone, clear the mac and then move the pc and reprogram without us to connect to the OXE to do it?

Please can you describe what is the name of it as we change the standard prefix plans.

*10 premix meaning "subscrible&unsubscrible set"
you may dial *10 unregister an extension
and then change a pc dial *10 and the previous extension number and 0000 default password
then the new pc will get the coresponding phone number
