Pimphony supervision

Hi All
I have installed pimphony 6.2 1580 in operator mode on two diferrent customer sites and on both sites when you open the supervision screen it locks up after about 10-15mins and the graphics for the supervision window only become distort.
One pc was brand new out of the box and one was about 1yr old, both decent spec and both running xp pro.

Anybody any ideas.

Try to install new patch build 1631 from 27 June 2007.

Hello,

I had a similar problem with the Operator-Pimphony with 2 OXO in a network configuration.

I could fix the problem by using the newest version of PIMphony.

So I think the update will help!

pimphony upgrade and latest microsoft .net framework upgrade cured all problems.
