Unified Messaging failed after problems on exchange

Post by Split »

hi

i have a customer with 400 user he has a otuc R5.1 and he has change his exchangeserver because the old is crashed he moved the old user one the new exchange, install the plugin and create the NxMbxManager Account .

Now i have the problem the Voicemail will not be flagt as voicemail but as email and we get no signalisation of a new mail on the phone. If a create a new user it works but the existing user have the problems. If i delete a existing user and create again itz works but the personal greeting are delete. So the custom are really unhappy if i had to do this with 400 user.

I know the voicemail will me stored on the exchange but where is the link user - voicemail on the otuc?

Has anybody a idea if i can reinitialize the mailbox or have somebody make the same experince a has solved the problem

thanks for help

There is a procedure to do by script as the indexes stored from Exchange are new now as you changed server. It is like the ID has changed on Exchange side...no OTUC fault. Open an ESR with ALU and they will tell you the procedure, I lost it if not would share it...
