New Software Key loading problem

Hi,

I told alcatel to remove hotel application from locks cause I am not using it in hotel mode but as company and when I tried to load te new locks the following error was given :

I tried to load them on a new database and they worked.

So it seems its something in the database.

Any ideas?

I checked the v24 in systems but there is nothing configured and checked also computer link in hotel application menu but there is nothing configured.

Remove from configuration for AHL over v24 link. It looks that it is not covered by the new license. Then load new OPS.

I think I did that. I went to system>v24> and programmed the v24 ports as none.

Then I also checked in applications>hotel> and removed anything which had to do with v24 ports.

Don't know if there's something else.

Is this a hotel installation or business?
You could try to change the Installation parameter under Applications-->Hotel to company
Also check System-->V24 Port configuration

This is a business. Under app>hotel> it was always set to company.

But it also had the hotel feature activated in it and since we are upgrading it we are removing the hotel since there is no need for it.

I was told to change the .swk file to software.mao and place it in usr3/mao. Reset the pabx and then upload the locks again.

It worked but it gave some errors. I will check with Actis team regarding this.
