Please Help

I have omniPCX Office large, when i shutdown and restart the System it's not booting then I need to switch of the machine for 5 to 6 hours and remove the CPU panel reinsert and start the machine it's booting properly . Please help me what is the solution for this problem.

S/W Version: R710/058.002
