i have oxe R9.1
this message " call your fitter " appears on all ip phone set. why this message? what i can do???

Some problem with licences - wrong OPS files, OPS files from another system, problem with hardkeys, programmed more items then allowed in OPS files (f.e. call by name) ....

Check incidents (about Software Package error), check OPS files (spadmin command).

As VAD wrote you have ops problem
oxe>spadmin
1.Display current counters
CHECK IF PANIG FALG =1
IF YES
THEN 2-Display active file to see wich package is on issue

spadmin by console/ or over telnet/ssh to figure out the error details.

Enter the command "sprecover" to remove the message, but you'll still have a degraded PBX because of license issue.
