OpenTouch upgrade 1.0 to 1.1 ACTIS issue

Thankfully, this won't affect too many of us. Just thought I should post that I recently tried to upgrade OT from 1.0 to 1.1 and ACTIS charged for all the OT licenses again, about $25K in this case. After contacting an ALU Architect, it was determined that ACTIS is miss reading a file and Lock 377 was misrepresented causing ACTIS to charge for the licenses again. At this time, it can only be rectified by the Architect team. This was an issue that France R&D said was fixed in 16.5 but it was not. I am assuming there wil be a new release of ACTIS soon.
