I had an issue with Integrated Automated Attendant, for unknown issue it would not run on ISDN trunk. I’m confident that configuration was correct from AA access, AA Tree, to Leaf and Automated Attendant on Trunk Group is already set to TRUE, in fact using Analog and R2 trunk that is also present on clients OXE, AA runs without any problem.
All trunks analog, R2 and ISDN are routed to same entity which is Entity_0. When the Outgoing calls came from R2 and Analog trunk AA will answer, but if the external call came from ISDN trunk it will routed to route 2: of entity 0, which is Pilot for my Operators.
Thank you!

Re: Auto AA not running on ISDN trunk
Most probably your external number is not translated ok to AA access number.

Re: Auto AA not running on ISDN trunk
Thanks tot3nkopf, I have that also in mind, because this is the first time I activated an IAA without having prefix "ENTITY CALL" pointing to Entity where AA access is assigned or external DID translated to internal number with entity or AA Access equivalent. The weird thing is why incoming calls still routed to route 2 of my entity 0. This is also a first time I encountered a ISDN without a numbering block. Today I will check "t3" trace.
