ip desktop softphone audio dont work in win 7

Hi, I have installed the desktop ip softphone in Windows 7, when making a call the audio drops to zero. In the configuration of the windows audio mixer when making a call, the component ABERS automatically decreace to zero and the agent did not hear anything.

This issue appears only in the pcs whit win 7.

I am not sure but it seems IP desktop isn't compatible with W7. At least TC of IP desktop doesn't speak in W7, just XP and vista.

I have tried installing in compatibility mode for win xp, but the problem persists. I come to think that may be the version of the softphone. which is the latest version of desktop IP softphone? I have the version 9.1.2.5. thanks

The latest version is 10.0.0.0. It still doesn't have reference about W7 in TC.

Windows 7 has been supported since 9 (according to the documentation). Installation guide for IP Desktop Softphone, document ZA956070711-01 Ed07 page 9 says
"Windows 7 Editions: Professional, Home Premium, Ultimate"
Version 10.0.0.7 is also available on the BPWS.

I was reading this post again and I noticed I did a big confusion. The question was about IP desktop softphone, and I read TC about IP attendant softphone 3.1.0.3. Excuse me.
Regarding IP attendant softphone, is it compatible with W7?

Although it's the latest release i'm not sure that it supports Win7. I have not installed it yet so cannot confirm if it does or doesn't work.
