OMC installation problam

Dear All,

I tried to install OMC 810 31.1a with Windows XP .( Service Pack 3 ) , So Installing processing way the appliers below error massage, I attached error massage also , Please advice me how to solve above matter.

I solved this problem from help Technical support , Be four install OMC 810 .21a you need to install .net version 2
