ACD Group info

Hi,

am running ACD on top of the OXO platform.
when a call arrives for a group and rings on the IP 4068, the display reflects the caller ID and the ACD group name
However when the caller has witheld their ID, the display only says "ACD" and does not display the group name at all

I cant find anywhere where this is changeable?
