Unwanted digit added

OXE R 9.0 connected via AudioCodes Gateway to MS Lync server.
Trunk Group configured using DPT1, ARS prefix seizure configured.

Calls within node are OK, 5 digits sent.

Network calls from a NON DID are OK. However a network call from a DID reacts as follows. The first digit is striped and the last digits is duplicated. I am not doing any digit manipulation in my first ARS route. Discrimiantor rules show to 5 as the number of digits.

Anyone have any idea how this is happening?
