Identifying Hotfix install on ICS

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing problem with Myic Client in Nomadic VOIP mode.

Getting message insufficiency of telephone resource.

I have identified TC1470 for compatiblity between oxe and ICS.

Request you to help me with procedure, How to find whether "Hotfix" is install on ICS server.

That error usually means that you have not enough GhostZ resources or that the IP link between the OXE and the PC is not able to be done...check MyIC (abers and gaelic) logs.

Also, you have declared your GD or INTIP board on the OTS services, right?

from myic trace on user "MPC folder" i'm able to identify the ghost user is getting allocated to user. even Nomadic cellular is working. Any way i got the procedure from ICS documentation CD.

One thing is the ghostZ (signalling only) and other is the VoIP module...do a sniffer to find out the issue.
