smtp server settings (Global Configurations)

Hello, I have a SMTP setup and want to allow mail users to have messages sent to their email address. I set up the user to allow permissions but under the global 8400 settings I need to assign a SMTP server, I have looked through doco and menus and cannot workout where I can config this SMTP address. Has anyone got any ideas?
