How to telnet in a Particular IP Phone ??

Hi,

I want to know How to telnet in a Particular IP Phone ??

Also I did ippstat followed by the Telnet timout option;It asks for Extn no followed by the Timout Value (1440 as max).....
Then I noted the IP Address from TSC IP User & tried telnet but not able to do it ..................
How I can telnet in the set.

In case of OXO, is it possible to do telnet on an IP phone connect on OXO?
If there is a way, how?
