problem in oxo

hi guys

i am facing problem of auto callback(redial) of last external num dialed twice a day .(8:48pm & 11:48 pm) when the call lifted it gives sounds like alarm of a clock
can anyone help in this regard system is oxo ver 5

the problem is autoredial,the last external num dialed from extns will get dialed automatically by the system .i had given a clod reset but the problem still persist.the lines used are analog lines connected to a APA card
