mc-lag lacp "out of sync" agg down

Few hours ago one of my mc-lag aggregation changed state to down.
In swlog i see something like that

Jan  5 23:28:35 (none) local0.info swlogd: LinkAgg lag info(5) LACP Link 128 -> 1050 is OUT_OF_SYNC  agg_id=96 - duplicated 5 times!

How can i fix it ? and what is it ? the rest of my mc-lag agg works fine

Sorry to dig this thread up, but I'm seeing the same issue.

Anyone know what's causing this what appears to be an LACP interop issue?

m00n: did you have any luck diagnosing it? What device did you have on the other end of the LAG?
I've got HP bladesystems, not sure what type of switching module the systems guys have in it.

Hi sorry for long delay. maybe you resolv this problem. If i remember properly, i replace lacp protocol with static link aggregation and problem dissapeared.
