No DTMF after R10 upgrade?

After installing j141034c on app server all went well except now I realized that you cannot enter voicemail password and when calling into a place that you need to enter digits it does not work.
there are no DTMF tones being sent from OXE.
Any ideas? thanks.

Hi

There are a lot of fixes in patches after j141034c (j141036 until j141040 in limited availabiltity) about DTMF. Check them. What kind of set are you facing the problem?

Hi. all sets are having issue. At another customer I loaded same release and have no issue at all. I will check other patch notes. thank you

had binary mismatch..resolved by replacing disk and reload w/ patch40, reboot shelf.
