Alarm Limit

Hi gurus,

Merry christmas everyone. Just want to know how to resolve this omnivista issue:

Alarm No. – 140
Diagnostic – the number of alarms (8929) exceeds 8000 (80%) of the maximum limit 10000.


Where can I delete the old alarms/incidents/logs in omnivista as I'm getting this error?

There is an alarm tool in the left side of the menu, in 4760. But you need to have proper rights to access it. When you have the icon in the left side, you must double click on it, and you will be able to clear alarms in the main window.
Check your 4760 manual for configuring the rights of a 4760 user.
