Problem with set after migration.

Post by vad »

Hello,
We have one site. PBX was migrated from 5.0 Ux to 6.2 Lx without new OPS lock added.
We have no lock 173 but 201 opened.
System behavior next one:
I can change set type (old UA - from 4001 till 4040) for existing set to 40x9.
I cannot create set with 40x9 type.
I can create set with 4001-4035 type but after creation I cannot change set type to 40x9.
My questions:
1- is this normal behavior.
2- can I change (f.e. with cuser) some set parameters - manage set like created before migration.

Did you try to delete a reflex set and create an 40x9 on it's physical adress?
Maybe there is a problem with your database (releted to it's migration) and with the tables reflex sets use in database and 40x9 use.

Lock 316=0 but lock 201=628.
Board UA and UA32NV.
If I try to create new user with 40x9 type - Processing failure, object -1; attribute 0; SQLCODE_-2.

If at first was created UA 3d generation set and I try to change type to 40x9 - Processing failure, object -1; attribute 0; SQLCODE_-18020.

If set was created before migration - I can change set type without problem.

If I create board eUA and will try to create 40x9 user set - I will have "software protection error, lock 17X" but this is right behavior.

SQLCODE -2 looks more like an Database error.
Can you post the results for cdmao; checkdb please?

Have you done a cdmao; fichges force_recover_dico before the update as recommended by Alcatel?

Yes, it's right that eUA will take other Licences into account.

Right now I cannot make database checking. I work with database in lab and now work with another problem. I will check in two days later.
Fichges was done (as usual before database saving for upgrade).
I place e-service request on BPWS.

It might be that you cannot create 40x9 sets on older UA boards (I think one of my colleagues came across this once, I'll ask him about that tommorow) and you might not have licence for new ones on eUA.

You cannot create 40x9 CCD Agents on older UA boards. Normal 40x9 sets are allowed.
