Hi is there a way or command on Alcatel-Lucent switch for implementing Object tracking like Cisco Track or IP SLA ?

hello

You have tracking for vrrp (a lot option, port tracking , ip interface tracking or ip adress (check doc for all oprtion ) or bfd to detect failure.

No simple icmp track for static route etc

There is a feature called Service Assurance Agent (SAA), but its nothing compared to Cisco's SLA feature.
