Can't send e-mail

Fax server can't send fax e-mails,the network uses multi-VLans,could be this the problem?

no...what does your mail server says? Do a sniffer trace and see what is going on

Hi,

Try to make a: "telnet IP_e_Mail_Server 25" to check if the port 25 is open between fax server and email server.

If the port is open, may be the fax server sender e-mail is not accepted for email server.
