how can i configure the Co to Co timer of our oxoR.5.1 cause when our client use their phone for outgoing calls and reaches 2 minutes the call were terminated. i try to search in the program but i could not found it.

actually the default setting was disable but we got problem with the output of the supervisor statistics that is why we enable it and the outcome is good but the line cut when reaches to two minutes.

is the cut during a connection or when establishing a call with no connection yet?
cause here in germany the german telecom cuts outgoing calls after 2 minutes,if there is no connection established.

yeah the line is cut during conversation and one thing some trunk groups are hang we need to warm reset the system so that it can use again. what i did was check the busy tone detection for those line which not use in the call center and uncheck those in the call center so that the we can generate the exact statistic, but still the problem of the co timer exist after two minutes on those check lines.
