Problems on Win7 64bit, with acd setup

When trying to activate the ACD services I get an error as per the pic.
Also a ftp error when starting stats manager.
I have enabled the ftp client and even switched off the firewall, but still get the error. Any advice
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Did you try to install and run after installation the application with rightMouse Admin rights?

On My system it is no Problem.
Wich ACD Version you use?
