My IC for blackberry sync Problem
My IC for blackberry sync Problem
Hi
I installed MyIC 6.5 with OXE R10. The whole thing over web services is working, but the Fallback over DISA did not. The system doku says that the MyIC and the oxe syncronises the retrieve the prefixes. But this does not happen, the fields in My IC are empty... any ideas?

Re: My IC for blackberry sync Problem
Did you configure API Framework and pmsplugin on services to activate them? This was a bug in 6.1 so I hope that it has not benn carried over to 6.5

Re: My IC for blackberry sync Problem
yes according to the Systemdoku... is it possible to restart this process after the first configuration of API Framework and pmsplugin.
Re: My IC for blackberry sync Problem
I have the same issue with 6.1.000.103c
Restarted processes, ICS but still no prefixes. Waiting for ALu's resolution.

Is it a fresh installation or you have upgraded from previous version, it might be the certificate issue her what you can do;
Run this script "script_prefix_OXE_mobility_Ed3.sh" on oxe its available on BPSW. you should get the mobility prefixes if they are managed in oxe, even if one prefix is missing you will not get any output.
After this just install theself signed certificates.
them try to reload the values from UC server.

Hi,
can you provide this script to me? I can't find it on the partner website.
