Language Code on Hotel set

I am having this problem in a hotel set, that there is language code like UK coming at the end of the guest name, when anyone calls that extension, after check - in. Even when the set is checked out , this code appears on the display when someone calls the extension.

I do not want this code to appear, because this shortens the display , and the room number is not displayed.
How can i do this.

Go to mgr / applications / hotel /

yaar Sandeep , the language code will always cum,if the set is defined as a room set in the system, as it is a complimentary part from the hotel application in the alcatel PAX....
the parameter that i hd givn u is if u do not want to specify the language at the time of check-in... if it is true ,, the system asks for language at the time of check-in...
