INTIPA cannot start

Hi guys,
I spent all afternoon, trying to figure why this board doesn´t start. INTIPA with CPU6
The story.
Power fails
I Start the PBX, and everything start ok, internal and external communications, except from this site to others.
I can ping the INTIP.
I connect to the INTIP console and it shows an error,

I try lanpbxbuild and I get

I go to the netadmin to see hosts and I get

I saw some posts and I do not have the file tftp on etc/xinetd.d
Who can I copy this file from my laptop to the oxe, I aldready try why a tftp app (filezila) but I Get an error.
Any sugestion???
