Hi,

I have analog external lines, and in the pri trunk i have 20 external lines. I want 4 secondary trunk, and each secondary trunk has 1 external line. Now i want to configure 4 subscriber lines to use the secondary trunks for external line.
1. subscriber -> use only secondary trunk1
2. subscriber -> use only secondary trunk2
3. subscriber -> use only secondary trunk3
4. subscriber -> use only secondary trunk4
other subscriber lines will use the pri trunk.

Please help!

Thank you!

The most easy way:
entity 1 - manage TG ID 1
entity 2 - manage TG ID 2
entity 3 - manage TG ID 3
entity 4 - manage TG ID 4
entity 5 - manage TG ID 5 (PRI)
Outgoing call via ARS prefix.
All numbers via ARS route 0 - 1st route - TG source=Entity. TG number=-1.

All user from entity 1 will use TG1.

Another solution:
in TG 1 - overflow TG=2
in TG 2 - overflow TG=3
in TG 3 - overflow TG=4
in TG 4 - overflow TG=5 (PRI)

Outgoing call via TG 1 seizure prefix.

You can manage (f.e.)
Access COS 1/ TG access COS - allow only TG1
Access COS 2/ TG access COS - allow only TG2
Access COS 3/ TG access COS - allow only TG3
...

All users with public Network COS 3 will use TG3.
