Cisco to OXE via H323 Link RINGBACK tone issue

I'm successfully linked OXE to Cisco via H323 link, Cisco extensions able to call OXE extensions and vice versa without problem, The issue is when Cisco extensions call OXE extension no RING BACK tone heard on Cisco handset? any idea on OXE side?

Check with wireshark whether RTP on ALERT is reaching Cisco phone.

issue has been resolve by modifying codec from default (G729) to G711 on both OXE and Cisco side.
