hello
I can not connect to the maintenance of OTUC.The OTS don't start, and I couldn't open tsa_maintenance.
If I run the script 'run.sh', we force it and connect OTUC with de ODBC. Then we can open de tsad_maintenance and de OTS start.
Where is running this script? and how I can correct it?
Tks.

did you? rticonnector.ini -> use hide mode -> TRUE
What CCS used, what version of OS?
1st clean install of windows XP or 2003 +SP2
2nd ccs install 9.0.90.4
3rd ccs w/o Excel suport, w/o any extras like CCInternet, CCO, ASM but WITH "provide stats when no admin is logged on" to default locations
4th reboot windows
5th install RTIconnector but don't start
6th rticonnector.ini -> use hide mode -> TRUE
7th check if CCS is loggin into PBX but logout and shut it down
8th stop CCS.EXE, GSW32.exe (make sure they are not running from task manager)
9th run cticonnector as service (from manage my coptuter, services)
10th wait 5 minutes, the CCS and GSW shold be on process list, then see.
do it extractly as above, and it works.

Open the WebAdmin > Call Server and then configure your CS again

Re: OTS doen't start
We found that file /etc/tsad.conf is empty. Luckily, we had an old .gho image of disk server. We explore it and found correct parameters that should had /etc/tsad.conf
After that we could run ./tsa_maintenance with no problem.
This is our configuration
[r@ttt~]# cat /etc/tsad.conf
NB_TSA=1
TSA_PORT=3595
HTTP_PORT=3695
KEEP_ALIVE=YES
COMMAND=-bdd-PMS-monoproc:1
PATH=/opt/Alcatel/OmniPCXTSA
