hi, there are many ways to connect different pabx's. you need to see what features are a: required by customer and b: what is possible on each PABX.

customer have already avaya system at one location,they want to buy alcatel for another location.They want interconnectivity between this system for voip,because they have already a data infrustructure between these location. By sip it's possible .is it possible by h323?

hi, I do not know about the Avaya but it is possible to connect the OXE via h323. I have H323 links to Cisco and all is fine.

I successfully link oxe to cisco via H323 but no ringback tone on cisco phone do you have an idea what to adjust on oxe side?
