Trunk Groups

hi,

i have an oxo 5.1 configured to a call center with two groups : 3 and 2 agents respectively.

trunk groups are divided into 3, they are trunk group 9, 80 and 81.

trunk group 80 is dedicated to Call center group 1, TG 81 for CC group 2. Main TG 9 is for office only...

For Office MTG 9, i should seize 9, not STG 80 and STG 81.
For CC Grp 1 TG 80, I should not seize 9 and 81
For CC Grp 2 TG 81, I should not seize 9 and 80.

I am trying to manipulate/relate User base station list, Traffic sharing, barring, COS Restriction, rstriction/barring table and list of TG's but unsuccessful. can someone gives us a clue to solve the issue.

i.e. extn 111 CC group 1, 111 setting is default. i should sieze STG 80 only....

Use the ARS for this, assign the user to right triffic sharing link, in the trunk groups assign the trunks to the right link catagory and dont forget to change the traffic sharing and barring matrix.

Will be a hard job if you have not don this before.....
