UC Mobility for BlackBerry

Post by nalinggo »

UC : 6.2.000.104b
OXE : h130131b
MyIC client : 3.5.5.4

After installing the client to the BB set,
I'm able to access the imei.xml, CommonConfig.xml only using - Hotspot browser.
If using normal Internet browser i'm not able to access both files.

I'm able to ring to BB tandem set calling oxe number.
After i configure the MyIC client by adding ics server address:

eg:- dns.test.com and
username and password

Then i clicked on "RELOAD VALUES FROM ICS SERVER" nothing was downloaded to my BB set.

*he UC Mobility feature is used within the organization, which data is used to connect to ics and the voice will go through GSM. No BES server in the infra.

Any advice?

I wonder do you have any documents that shows that BES is a must? I only found BES server is mandatory if using outside organization.
