I use an alcatel phone 4020 and my office has 4035 phone too. The problem is i'm not able to pick up the direct line, cannot put hold and also cannot transfer a line to other telephone. How can i solve ths issue.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure which software release it uses. the system type is Alcatel Omni PCX Office.
I will explain the full scenario, I had all this access that i mentioned in previous quote when i was sitting at my old desk, now i shifted to new desk and i unplugged my phone and connected at the port near to my new desk. I think that port have limited access.
I want to change the access of this port. How do i do?

try activating "join incoming and incoming" and "join incoming and outgoing" in feature rights part2 of the subscribers.
