CALLER ID RECENT CALLER

Im Using R7 and OMC 711 57.1a. and we are using 4019 and 4018 phones. I want to have a caller ID. And Configured :

For analog trunks you need to enable a check box in external lines --> list of acces --> details --> enable CLIP and For analog extensions you need to set them for Z-class and in system miscellaneous --> read/write memory --> other lables --> R2NumExtF from 00Hex to 22Hex. The signalling is FSK ( Europe standards ).

Problem:

1) Most of the time the number will not appear only Line 1 - Line 4 but sometimes i see the number which is the trunkline # (incoming call) . Is there any additional configuration so that trunkline incoming call will always appear on the screen?

2) I observed checking the CLIP box will cause a hang up of the oxo or the trunkline will never drop/end the call thats why I can hear busy Tone.

3) Is it possible to view the previous caller who called us? If yes how?

Something is not right in your system. Is the system installed for the country it is installed in? R2 line? Maybe other config in R2 missing?
