Dial tone problem

Siemens pbx and Oxo connects on voip to eachother but callings from Siemens to oxo on voip the client dont hear any ring tone.Anyone know the reason please help..

Do you have audio?

Is the phone ringing?

Is the only problem that the caller does not hear the ringing tone?

Please give more info..

Yes, the only problem is caller doesn't hear the ringing tone.

Do you use Direct RTP? if you not use direct RTP, called user site must generate local ring back tone (after receiving ALERT message).
